So you finally found a used car that is within your budget, it is the exact make and model that you want and it has only had one careful owner. But how do you know that this information is true, the car could have HP on it, it could have been stolen or it could have had several owners. While you can get a great bargain when buying a used car there are some people out there that will try to pull the wool over your eyes. The check can also reveal if the car has changed colour, if it has been imported from outside of the EU or if the car is being traced by a third party.
