Some say that the Audi RS6 is quite simply the best and most powerful estate car on the roads, but is it? It has a five-litre V10 engine and packs over 1,600 litres of luggage, but can it deliver? Here are some features to help you decide on the Audi RS6.
• The Audi RS6 is capable of reaching speeds of 0 to 62 MPH in just 4.6 seconds and has a top speed of 155 MPH, which is electronically limited. • Seats are very comfortable even on the longest of motorway drives. • Downside is the Audi RS6 falls into the higher category for road tax and falls into the 20 insurance brackets. • Average fuel consumption has been recorded as 20MPG, however in tests this varied between 11 and 15 MPG, which was well below. • Very impressive rear leg and head room • Front and rear parking sensors are fitted as standard on the Audi RS6.
The Audi RS6 is very safety conscious and front and rear airbags along with side and curtain airbags are fitted. All seats are heated and have lumbar support, which helps with comfort. So all in all, we believe that it does deliver and is a powerful vehicle.
