The MG ZT may look very sporty on the exterior, but in our opinion it is let down by a lack of space in the rear, which may put many families off from buying. Let us look at some of the specs and features it has to offer.

•    you get a somewhat sporty ride, however seating is supportive and very comfortable;
•    the rear is a little on the cramped side for anyone but small children, especially when making long journeys;
•    the boot of the MG ZT is adequate at 432 litres and the seats in the back split fold;
•    the cockpit of the vehicle is very cosy and has padded trims that make it look good;
•    a lack of side airbags let it down when it comes to safety, although they may be added in as an option.

The MG ZT is known to be very reliable with few owners reporting major problems. If looking for a stylish exterior and you are able to manage with a cramped interior in the back, it may be worthwhile considering.
