I'd give them all a go! Autotrader is the most expensive but they have biggest market share at present. I have seen this site (netcars) popping up all over Google so bet their traffic is good. Ebay tends to be for cheaper cars. Hope this helps

you should try out www.motorgogo.co.uk when selling a vehicle they advertise it take all the calls and then find you the best buyer. Sold very quickly and for an excellent price.
