I use Direct Line and have done for a few years. I have always found them okay to deal with. Thankfully I have only had one claim. Not sure if they are the cheapest but to be honest I think the cheapest is not always the best. Just thought I would share that with everyone. Kate..

Hi Kate, i'd try somewhere else! There are plenty of comparison sites out there that compare the best insurance companies on the market and the way i think it works is that they bid to give you the best price. I agree that Direct Line are reputable outfit but i'd shop around before renewing! Sw

I tried a few comparison sites and my current provider Direct Line has come out the best! They do good deals for named drivers also.
