Diesel or Hybrid
Votes: (0)
I am thinking about a new car. I am not a "green" person by any stretch of the imagination but anyone out there got an opinion on whether diesel or a hybrid car is better economically.

Depends on usage

I had a Toyota Prius which is a hybrid but found it looked quite horrible and it wasn't all that. But if you are working and commuting to London every day then a hybrid car would be exempt from the congestion charge I think. That could be a good cost saving incentive.

Definately Diesel

You get miles better performance out of a Diesel! Wouldn't even entertain the idea of a Hybrid. Waste of money and you wouldn't be able to sell it....
