Ford Cars

Thanks to the vision of Henry Ford and his business partners, Ford cars have become almost inextricably linked with the idea of mass production and industrialisation. With his flair for the sound bite (“You can have any colour as long as it’s black”) and the company’s grasp of efficiency and productivity (Ford cars were constructed on the world’s first moving assembly line), Henry Ford began conquering the global car markets.

By 1927, 15 million Model T Ford cars had been sold, and the company had created the world’s first purpose-built aircraft production factory, as well as the world’s first air freight service. In the Fifties Ford went public, with the biggest IPO in American history and just kept getting bigger and bigger.

Today Ford cars are an automotive monolith which includes Jaguar, Volvo, Aston Martin, Mazda, Land Rover, Lincoln and Mercury. The Ford cars we offer specs on here are the Fiesta, the Focus, the Ka, the Streetka, the Fusion, the Mondeo and the Galaxy models.

Ford cars are often fun to drive, but they are not the most adventurous choice on the market (ok, so the Streetka is pretty funky). In short, they do what you want and expect them to do, they are fairly economical, they are good on reliability, and your parents won’t be scared to get in them.
