Maserati Cars
Maserati cars have worked hard at developing an alternate image to other sports car manufacturers and though in previous years they may have lost their way, the latest offerings from their range have shown that they can still make excellent grand tourers in the old tradition, and their MC12 is one of the world’s best (i.e. fastest) supercars. The other thing they have going for them is that people see them as somehow different, more individual than your Ferraris and Porsches, and people like to be seen as individuals, not herd followers. The assumption is that if you’ve got one of the Maserati cars, you must have thought a little bit more before buying something unusual.
Maserati cars consistently favour the format of high-performance with an air of refined luxury, and the Quattroporte (their current 170 mph super saloon) is the perfect example of the Maserati ethos – an expensive, exclusive, executive express to get you from Chelsea to Cannes by teatime.
The more obviously crowd-friendly member of the Maserati cars’ stable is the Spyder (convertible). Though convertibles don’t handle as well as stiff-tops there are few more exhilarating experiences than blasting along a country road with the wind in your hair, and the Spyder helps you do it at warp speed. You’re guaranteed to get out with a grin on your face.
Every single one of the Maserati cars we display are status symbols, but of them all the £500,000 MC12 is the top of the pile. Find out more about it in our list of specifications here.
