Ferrari's new car revealed piece by piece

A new car from Italian supercar manufacturer Ferrari is on the way and reports suggest the company will use an innovative marketing drive to show it to the world.

According to the New Car Net site, Ferrari has made its latest Ferrari Grand Tourer available on a new website, ferrarigtcountdown.com, which will reveal elements of the vehicle one stage at a time.

The site reports that the first of these elements, which are billed as part of a "sensory voyage of discovery", is sound - allowing enthusiasts and drivers with enough car finance to fund a new GT a first chance to hear the new vehicle's engine.

Photographs and video will follow, it is believed, with the new Ferrari receiving its grand unveiling at the Paris Auto Show next year.

For car loans customers with a stricter budget, this week saw the launch of a new mobile phone from Motorola that is designed in partnership with the Italian manufacturer.
